Britain's Aquascutum Plans Big U.S. Push

British brand Aquascutum is planning a U.S. invasion with the launch of its new London Collection. The collection of formal and casual separates will begin selling in Saks Fifth Avenue later this month. Its dresses retail for around $700 while coats and trenches range from $2500 to over $4,000.

The 157-year-old brand is also offering its Vintage line through Bergdorf Goodman in New York and plans to launch a men’s line this fall. The men’s collection, called .LTD, will sell in Bloomingdale’s.
