Van Norton Plans Paris Store

Belgian designer Dries Van Noton is saying “bonjour” to Paris with the opening of a new 2,800-square foot boutique.

The store, due to open in 2007, will carry women’s ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories.

To date, Van Norton has taken a rather exclusive approach, with a flagship in Antwerp, a location in Hong Kong and a deal with Barneys New York.

Recent strong sales have allowed the deisgn house to up its ante, however, and more retail locations could be in the works.
